‘Bend Like Bamboo’ is a program that helps busy men and women in business to improve their health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Achieving a reset in the body and mind is not only important when recovering from disease but also in building resilience when growing a business.
In a 6-part program designed to inspire and educate your staff, you can maximise their productivity and happiness in your workplace.
This can be delivered in a 3-hour workshop or can be customised to the needs of your business.
In a keynote presentation and coaching you will learn:
- How to nourish your body on a cellular level – what do I eat?
- How to feel better mentally and emotionally, leading to better decisions, happiness and productivity
- Meditation and the importance of mindfulness in your personal life and at work
- How movement is connected to your emotional health learn daily stretches and exercises you can do at work to maintain optimal posture
- Leading to a flow state and a much deeper connection in your mind body and life. It is from this space that you can see obstacles as opportunities and a higher understanding of what your business needs daily
Amanda’s shares her story and diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. A story of loss and triumph walking again with the odds stacked against her, in this keynote presentation she will outline how she achieved a recovery walking again whilst founded few businesses along the way.
