In Part Five of my Optimal Health Series I partnered with chef Matt Kennedy (Insta:@chefmattkennedy) to develop a collection of recipes designed to nourish the body on a cellular level to maximise repair, and a happy mind, according to the latest science. My passion is to inspire others so that they can transform in their lives and I deeply believe that every meal is an opportunity to renew and be the best version or ourselves that we can be.
