Through the 6 core pillars of health, you'll create the optimal environment in your mind and body to heal or thrive—no matter what you're facing.

  • Foundations is a self-paced online course that teaches the core tools of The BAMBOO Method at an accessible entry point. HEAL and THRIVE are personalised, high-touch programs with one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific situation. Think of Foundations as learning the fundamental skills, while HEAL and THRIVE provide deeper, customised transformation. Many people start with Foundations and later choose to deepen their journey through HEAL or THRIVE when they're ready to go deeper with Kinesiology and coaching. These tools are also used by HEAL and THRIVE clients to support them on their Bamboo Journey.

  • Foundations is self-paced, so you move through it at a rhythm that works for you. Most people complete the core content within 4-8 weeks, but you can master a model a month over 6 months. You'll have ongoing access to revisit lessons for 6 months in the Foundations program, if you love the rituals you can access them ongoing for additional support. The practices are designed to fit into real life—short, accessible, and immediately applicable. There is an option to include additional live group coaching if you want to go deeper and to connect with our Bamboo community.

  • Foundations is designed as a self-guided learning experience through our private members portal. You'll have access to all lessons, practices, and curated resources. There is an option to include additional live group coaching if you want to go deeper and to connect with our Bamboo community. If you find you'd like more personalised guidance or one-on-one support as you go, you can always book a clarity call to discuss HEAL or THRIVE programs.
