At 29, I woke up and couldn’t feel the left side of my body. The neurologist gave me a 50% chance of walking normally again. The diagnosis was multiple sclerosis. I have been in full remission for 16 years, through kinesiology, nervous system regulation, and the exact BAMBOO Method that sits at the centre of every THRIVE program.
I also co-founded and led Nourissh, a food business I built from concept to national distribution, scaling with investors, managing a team, and running the pressure of a startup while managing a chronic illness. After completing the program, many clients move to a quarterly or monthly tune-up session at $550 per session, the same rate as the Executive Mapping Session. This maintains momentum without committing to another full program.
There's no obligation to continue and no long-term commitment—just the option to have expert support when you need it. Some clients complete the program and thrive independently. Others find that periodic check-ins help them maintain what they've built. You choose what works for your reality. -
The free clarity call is a 15-minute conversation to establish whether THRIVE is the right fit for where you are right now.
The Executive Mapping Session ($550) is a full 1:1 assessment — typically 90 minutes — that identifies the specific nervous system patterns affecting your performance and produces a personalised THRIVE roadmap.
It is the first real session of your program. If you proceed into THRIVE, the $550 comes off your investment in full.
