Why this program and how can I help?

After my diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis at age 24 and overcoming a left-hand side body paralysis at age 29, I discovered that stress impacts our ability to repair and heal.

Helping others now I discovered that a flexible mindset impacts everything that matters: our body’s ability to repair, adapt and perform.

Drawing from my roles as a CEO, business owner, a practitioner and also the patient, I offer a unique perspective rooted in personal experience.

My approach blends practical strategies with compassionate support, empowering you and your team towards lasting positive change with the art of bending like bamboo.

At Bend Like Bamboo, I help individuals overcome stress and limiting beliefs to optimise healing, reducing symptoms from Autoimmune Disease.

As a Coach, Author and keynote speaker, I help individuals overcome stress and burnout, uncovering blind spots to achieve their personal and professional goals. It is my passion to help individuals re-imagine possibility in their minds, bodies and lives.
