About Amanda

As a Resilience Trainer, Kinesiologist, and Keynote Speaker, I work with individuals helping them to boost flexibility and uncover blind spots to achieve their personal and professional goals. How do I do this? I teach people how to Bend Like Bamboo.

Overcoming a paralysis at age 29 from MS, I discovered that a flexible mindset impacts everything that matters: our body’s ability to repair, how happy and resilient we are, and how connected we feel.

With a flexible mindset, I learned how to rebuild myself and re-imagined what could be possible in my mind, body, and life.

As a practitioner and patient, I know firsthand how stressful and overwhelming it can be when we feel rigid & stressed. It impacts our ability to be at our best at work, at home and, within our relationships. It can be very difficult to navigate solutions when you are feeling tired, and unwell.

I discovered that a flexible mindset impacts everything that matters: our body’s ability to repair, how happy and resilient we are, and how connected we feel. With an elevated mindset, we can reset & destress. We can reimagine what can be possible in our minds, bodies, and lives.
